Complete house refurbishment and extension to all floors at the back

Home renovation and small extension

This project consisted of creating an open plan kitchen and living area at the ground floor and adding small extension. The client is a young couple with 2 kids, school age. This job involved some pretty extensive steelwork, interrupting bedroom and two bathrooms upstairs and also all bespoke joinery has been realised. We had to insert steel, cut through the floor joist, remove a piece of a wall between  bedroom, en-suite shower room and bathroom. After that we had to retile bits of floor and wall in en-suite and bathroom, redo carpet in bedroom.

This job was a whole house refurbishment and extension for a couple with their three adolescent boys. We worked to realise an open plan ground floor and reconfigured the first floor to accommodate the five family members.
